Siding Types & Styles

• "Everlast": (Polymeric beveled lap siding) Offers the look of real painted cedar lap siding without the maintenance. 7" fine woodgrain horizontal beveled lap siding panels. Butt joint seams like real wood cedar that do not overlap like some other types of siding. Wood looking outside corners and trim available to match the siding. Available in 10 rich solid toned colors. Lifetime product and fade warranty. Virtually a maintanence free product other than washing off with a garden hose. Will withstand the wet and cold harsh Alaskan weather. Will withstand winds up to 215 miles per hour. Out performs many other types of siding as will not rot, delaminate, decay or ever need painting. The product can be painted should someone ever want to change the color. (Great resale option)

• APEX Fiberglass Siding Systems - a Virtually Maintenance Free Eco-Friendly Product. 4" and 7" "Smooth or Woodgrain" beveled fiberglass siding panels. Durable durion acrylic finish holds the color for a long time and will not become brittle in the winter cold. It has low expansion & contraction which means it won't gap or buckle; it won't oxidize or rust from chemicals or acid rain or corrode in harsh coastal environment. • Norandex/Reynolds metal siding: including "WestBrooke" aluminum siding (available in 4”, 5” & 8” horizontal exposures) "CraftMark" solid-colored steel siding (available in 4”, 5” & 8” horizontal exposures or in a 12” vertical board & batten panel) and "Driftwood" multi-colored steel siding (available in 5" or 8" horizontal exposures). • Gentek metal siding: including "Cedarwood" multi-colored steel or aluminum siding "The look of cedar without the maintenance" (available in 4", 5" or 8" horizontal exposures) "SuperGard" solid-colored steel siding (available in 4" or 8" horizontal exposures or in a 12" vertical board & batten panel) A wide variety of accessories are available for these products. • Fiber Cement siding & trim: We offer Certainteed horizontal and vertical Weatherboards, shakes, scallops, shingles and rounds. Most of these products are available primed (unpainted), painted or stained from a variety of reputable fiber cement paint and stain companies such as Woodtone and Mason's Select. Over one hundred colors and stains are available to choose from. The horizontal lap siding is available in several wood-grain textures/finishes and comes in exposures from 4”-11”. Fiber Cement trim is either smooth or wood-grained and comes in 3 ½” or 5 ½” widths and in thicknesses from 7/16” to 5/4”. We offer a wide variety of fiber-cement panel samples and colors for you to look at in our Anchorage Showroom.

• Norandex/Reynolds vinyl siding: including Easy Street, Woodsman Select & Polar Wall Plus (with an insulated foam backer) and many more. 14 vinyl siding styles in all are available. Each product has premium colors to choose from that offer "Color Hold" technology with a lifetime fade warranty. A wide variety of siding accessories are available as well.

• Vinyl accent products: including rounds, fish scales, shingles, shakes, window and door surrounds, wide (fluted, beaded, corner blocks and interchangeable colored outside corners), shutters, gable vents, sun bursts and beaded porch panels are all available in a wide variety of colors. White vinyl J-channel corners, flex J-channel and white Mid-America products are available and in stock. Colored Mid-America products available by special order. We have access to the Richwood line of vinyl accessories also.

• Other vinyl siding products: including Nailite, Timber Mill and Royal brands of brick, stone and half log siding in a wide variety of colors & styles.

• Corrugated & commercial steel siding: including silver zinc clad horizontal or vertical panels, ribbed vertical panels and standing seam vertical panels in a wide variety of colors, brands and styles. A wide variety of accessories are available for these products.

• Decorative insulated interior and exterior panels: including "Texture Plus & Genstone" brands of stone, stacked stone, river rock, brick, stucco, diamond plate, tree bark, random rock, asphalt, barnboard, bamboo and more.

• Half log steel siding: We are working on obtaining half log insulated multi-colored/variegated steel siding for the future. We invite you to come into our Wasilla showroom to look at a wall display of this unique product and to give us your input.

We can obtain almost any style, brand or color of siding manufactured in North America.

We do not sell or install compressed wood siding as it does not hold up over time.

Soffit Types & Styles

• Aluminum or vinyl soffit: including triple 4” solid & fully vented V-groove soffit panels. Soffit J, cove J, F-channels and deluxe crown moldings are available accessories as well. We stock white aluminum & vinyl soffit. We sell more aluminum soffit than vinyl soffit because the aluminum is very strong and holds up well against the high winds we get here in Alaska. Our aluminum or vinyl soffit can be special ordered in many colors. White and brown D-style aluminum roof edge trim is in stock.
  
• Aluminum coil stock or pre-made fascia: Smooth/polyester or wood-grained/P.V.C. coated coil stock is available in over 100 colors. We stock white wood-grained/P.V.C. coated aluminum coil. Pre-made 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” aluminum & steel fascia are also available and can be ordered in 29 different colors.

We can obtain almost any style, brand or color of aluminum & vinyl soffit or coil manufactured in North America.

Custom Aluminum & Steel Trim Fabrication

We offer many styles of custom-formed pre-painted aluminum or steel trim with over 100 colors to choose from. The following is a list of our most popular custom fabricated trim pieces:
